Return / Exchange

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Your order will be processed within 3-10 business days and will be ship.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.

s/e/o ships to the CHINA, EUROPE, HONG KONG, JAPAN, SINGAPORE, THAILAND, UNITED KINGDOM, USA.

SHIPPING FEES & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping costs will be charged differently depending on the ordered item(s) weight, size and country.
International delivery is approximately 10-14 days from the order date.

** Delivery may be delayed further depending on Country circumstances or customs issues.

DUTIES & TAXES

Orders are delivered on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP) basis.
It means the recipient is responsible for paying all customs and clearance related duty/tax, which is based on the full purchase price paid for this order.

Duties and taxes are determined by your local customs authority. s/e/o is not responsible for payment of this duty. For further information, please consult your local customs office.

RETURN POLICY

If you would like to request refund, please follow the guidelines below.
You have 7days from the date you received your order to follow the below steps:


1) Please send below via email info@s-e-o.co.kr or leave post below to inquiry board within 7 days.
- Name and Order number
- The reason of return.
- If defective, please send us email with the images of faulty part.


2) Once your return request is approved, please send it to our office. ** Payment in advance

- Please ship the return package using a courier of your choice. s/e/o dose not provide prepaid return labels.
- You can return the item if it's unworn, unwashed, and with the original tag. (Including giveaway, etc.)
- After dispatching the items, please provide us with a tracking number for the returning package to our email or inquiry board.
- All international return shipping charges and other taxes are responsible for customers apart from the case we provided incorrect/defective items.


3) Once we receive it and examine the condition of the item, we will proceed with a refund. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

** Please do not ship your return without a return authorization. It will not be processed.

EXCHANGES

We only accept returns, not exchanges.
If you'd like to exchange one or more items from your order, you can return items first and place a new order for the preferred items.

REFUNDS

Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded.
